Guide participants to speak up – help programme participants safely and confidently raise feedback and concerns
We are accountable to the people we assist. Promoting safe, transparent and accessible feedback mechanisms and ensuring that all programme participants can effectively use them is important for every cash transfer programme.
This tool explains how to engage with community and explain they can provide feedback in a safe and confidential way. It highlights that everyone has the right to raise feedback or complaints without fear of retaliation. Participants learn how to voice their feedback or make a complaint through different channels. The tool reinforces that all reports are handled with care, that there is zero tolerance for misconduct, and that violence, sexual exploitation, abuse and fraud must be reported immediately.
